We’re facing the new, profound stressors of the pandemic and also of a political and environmental nature which trigger the threat response, leaving us to face new levels of fear and anxiety. Many of us are feeling that things will never go back to the way they were. What strategies can we use to stay embodied and not just cope with but actually thrive with these new intense challenges? We need to learn to welcome and flow with life’s shifts and changes instead of fighting against them. We need to become surfers of the new and challenging waves of life that are upon us. And breathwork is the perfect tool to do this! As host of one of the largest worldwide online breathwork communities, I’ve witnessed thousands of our attendees working with these issues.
