In this session, we will connect to our “ ecological self” through exploring our connectedness and interdependence with the living world through a simple mindfulness meditation of breathing and resting on the earth. It brings together my interests in practice as rest, awe in the face of beauty and activating the parasympathetic nervous system as an antidote to endless, mind-less doing of modernity.
