If you believe you are not confident or you’ve been told they you need to develop confidence, this talk will outline a clear process for developing confidence and resilience, enabling you to live a more authentic life. The approach is grounded in neuroscience and is centered on one’s capacity to experience and move through - or handle - 8 difficult feelings. Your ability to handle these feelings is the foundational element of confidence and resilience and enables you to feel more capable of handling whatever life challenges. I will outline other key elements that contribute to confidence and resilience, including how to develop resilient thinking.
