Jaci will introduce some of the basics of The Hakomi Method of Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy which is one of the first N. American methods to integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness with the practice of psychodynamic psychotherapy. The Hakomi Institute has taught thousands of clinicians throughout the world to incorporate the principles of Mindfulness, Non-violence, Unity, Organicity and Mind-Body Wholism into their therapeutic approaches.
