The Need and Gift of Living and Leading from a Place of Conscious Connection
Working with leaders over 2 decades, one of the most common themes I come across is disconnection in one form or another. Successful on the surface, many are over-stretched, reach their goals “too early”, feel like imposters, run into burn-outs, mess up relationships, are not good at setting boundaries, are not even aware that they are disconnected and in actual fact, coping,… Most of us – across cultures, and men in particular – are taught to not show emotions and lack the language of expression; we are not taught to self-care, but instead to be strong [no weakness or vulnerability, please], impatient, perfect… in short, to disconnect. Imagine living and leading instead from a place of true connection – with Self, emotions, others, a sense of purpose, the greater whole, and the impact this would have.
In this session participants will be introduced to Pamela’s “Pillar in the Flower” model, get a taste of Logosynthesis®, and have the opportunity to explore and experience a shift from disconnection to connection.
