Pamela Ann Burkhalter

Pamela’s life and work are a product and emblem of bridging, connecting, and pioneering. She is Swiss-Hong Kong Chinese, lawyer turned dolphin guiding sharks with stories, interfacing the vertical with the horizontal. She is in the business of sparking awareness - spanning self, leadership and organizational development, injecting the world of organizations with more humanity, and hosting meaningful dialogues – with gentle clarity, love, ambition and no BS. After practicing law, beginning as an intern for Baker & McKenzie, Pamela moved into the world of reinsurance with Swiss Re, followed by a boutique consultancy in Sustainability, before starting up her own business in Coaching and Leadership Development in 2003. She has designed leading edge and experiential cultural change and leadership programs, and worked with a wide range of leading international clientele across cultures and industries, both in the private and public sectors as well as inter-governmental agencies. Since the beginning of the pandemic, she has initiated a series of dialogues, across and within organizations – with the firm conviction that change begins with each individual, from within and with conscious conversations, and that every crisis presents an opportunity to shape the future. Pamela’s portfolio of qualifications includes Co-active Coaching, Inner Game and Solution-Focused Coaching, intercultural communication, Non-Violent Communication, Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching, Core Qualities®, Akashic Records reading, the Art of Hosting / Participatory Leadership. She is a certified Practitioner in NLP, MBTI®, HBDI®, Best Year Yet™, Workplace Mediation, Metatronia Therapy, and a Master Practitioner and Trainer in Logosynthesis®. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong, New Zealand, Taiwan, Singapore, China, and is currently based in Zurich, Switzerland. She speaks English, German, Swiss-German, Cantonese and Mandarin, French, and a smattering of Spanish and Danish. Because of her unique background, diverse and extraordinary depth and experience, Pamela is increasingly invited as a speaker at events and to host leadership summits. She now works selectively with C-suite executives, international leadership teams and multinationals who want to actively co-create a better world, and is enjoying a surge of creativity, offering high frequency guidance meditations, and developing a curriculum of inspirational and exploratory deep-dive programs.
