This interactive workshop weaves together the Enneagram System of Personality with Kundalini Yoga meditations. Referred to as the GPS of wisdom, the Enneagram maps out a path to increased self-awareness and compassion. Kundalini Yoga, called the yoga of awareness, offers specific meditations for each of the nine Enneagram types. Based on her book “Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram, Lynn leads a workshop that is part theory, part interactive practice. This session is appropriate for beginners and advanced students alike.
