Let movement challenge your bias and expand your possibilities

Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Some standing/ movement
Potentially triggering
Learn about the power of movement from the co-founder of Open Floor
One hour to experience how a movement practice can help you unlock resources that your cultural and family history gives you little access to, for your own good, as well for the common good. Of course fully embodying our potential is the practice of a lifetime ... and this session will offer some keys to get you started or keep you interested. My intention is to show you how movement, if used wisely, is a universal resource for social change. It is based on 15 years of teaching movement to a great variety of audiences, and 7 years of co-creating a new movement practice called Open Floor Music: Tikki Masala (their music can be bought on Bandcamp https://tikkimasala1.bandcamp.com/) Window of presence: Elizabeth Dennison with inspiration from Dan Siegel's Window of tolerance.
