Drawing for embodied knowing

Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Some standing/ movement
Potentially triggering
Before language, without prompting, every child draws to explore their world. This practical session reconnects us with natural, playful expressive drawing for embodied knowing. Participants will reintegrate emotions and ideas and learn to hear themselves better. If you ‘can’t draw’ or are ‘not creative’, this session is for you.
