I specialise in traditional beliefs about soul retrieval that have helped us to form more modern day therapeutic theories. I use movement, role play and creativity to help us identify our own unique and innate purpose. My aim is to support others with soul-loss and depression caused by unfulfilled archetypal roles. I am a Grandmother and an aspiring crone~elder, an author of four books, a speaker and innovative and creative guide, offering my experiences and creativity via workshops and gatherings in various countries. I work online with webinars, as well as internationally. By adapting the religious education insisted on by my family, I have been able to recognise my own innate connection to God/Spirit and I have been on a spiritual path since childhood. Known as a champion of music, dance and poetry as healing tools since I was four years old, I developed an innate understanding of the soul’s journey, a connection to physical embodiment through movement, theatre and the creative arts. My work is harmonious with nature and I support others to find their own creative identity. My journey has manifested as my own personal training into eldership and crone-hood, carrying the wisdom needed for stability and balance in individuals, relationships, families and communities. Mothering my six, now adult, children, gave me the art of play, creativity, story-telling and opened up the deep surrender and unconditional love that motherhood can bestow. I have trained in many modalities of dance, therapeutic and spiritual teacher trainings since 1986. I'm a writer having published my autobiography and four other books about my spiritual work. My latest book, 'Middle Earth Wisdom' will be published soon. I live in the UK with my husband Ben Cole, a film-maker, and director who works with men’s initiation groups. We often offer work together, incorporating dance, presentation and film.
