Seems self-evident but this is the basis of Maxine Heppner’s CYCLES Practice© that lifts us out of sedentary or repetitive daily action to fill us with breath, energy, flow, co-ordinations, impulse, patterns, alignments, stretch, strength, power, self-expression through individual & group exercises that ENERGIZE & REJUVENATE our natural capacities for movement.
CYCLES is relevant & designed for all bodies, abilities & forms of movement allowing & guiding each person to work within personal needs, challenges & references whether choosing to do highly stylized, technical and-or free flow dance, with fitness & awareness training simultaneously built in.
