“Every human being is a clown, but only few have the courage to show it”
Charlie Rivel
This session is about finding the pleasure of being ourselves - playing with nothing and everything. We will explore using our bodies, voices and imagination to become present and playful with freedom in the idea that there is no 'right and wrong' way of being. The focus will be on self-acceptance rather than self-improvement.
By tapping into our authentic playful selves we can open the door to new modes of expression, all the while laughing and enjoying the process.
