One of the greatest times of change and uncertainty is when a woman becomes pregnant and journeys towards motherhood. So much happens physically, emotionally and spiritually. Women have access to infinite information, yet most of the time, they focus on achieving the "perfect" pregnancy, while feeling socially and emotionally isolated. This workshop focuses on practical strategies to help women: - Find a practice that suits all trimesters, abilities and health conditions (even on bedrest) - Find the right combination of tools to support mental and emotional health (even when the pregnancy is unplanned, unwanted or the result of violation). - Feel empowered to set boundaries and open up spiritually. Learning Outcomes: 1. An overview of the principles to empower & include through yoga 2. A short accessible prenatal yoga practice 3. Key teachings to share with women going through pregnancy & early parenthood
