One November morning a few years ago, Unni had a wake-up call. In a fit of rage, she had
shoved her nine-year-old son out the front door, thrown his backpack after him, and slammed
the door shut. She realized she had become a pressure cooker and that her rage was
destroying her family. On her quest to understand where the anger was coming from and to
learn how to deal with it, she found that:
Anger is not bad and having rage doesn’t make you a bad person.
Anger needs to be UNDERSTOOD and HELD in a different way to avoid us becoming
pressure cookers.
A deeper understanding of, relationship with, and connection with yourself is key to
access your power.
In this talk, Unni shares personal stories and invites to a new conversation about rage, power, and leadership. She welcomes a Q&A at the end.
