How to find your own version of Leadership when you're mostly in the back of the scene
Are you constantly trying to help others? Are you usually re-evaluating yourself when someone doesn't want your help? or feeling not appreciated when you are not recognised for your efforts?
If you responded yes to those questions, great chances are you are a helper.
In this session, we will approach the characteristics of "The Helper:" why it implies repetitive situations of feeling misunderstood and inadequate, and reactions of either withdrawal or fight.
There is a huge pallet of leadership definitions between being hidden or isolated and being constantly in the front of the scene, and I hope you will start to find a somatic definition of it through this session.
