We will explore in this session to dance with our sensitive and powerful organ - the Hands.
In Flamenco dancing, hands are the expression of the Soul. Expressed externally our internal world becomes much clearer to ourselves. Using Movement Medicine and Flamenco we will cultivate connection and deepen the trust in our hands so that they become great Ally and Anchor in these times of great change.
