Embodied Routine

My primary goal is to bring into regular technical classes the aspect of consciousness, playfulness and freedom of choice.
During this session, I want to go down the path that will lead us from "show me how to do it right", what often occurs among those who attends dance classes. Towards "how do I feel in the process of movement and what I live throw during the dancing process" while continuing to perform a certain sequence of movements.
I will propose a simple "routine" as dancers call it, using the example of traditional African movements. We will reveal the symbology of movements that we are using through the connection with the embodiment yoga poses. Explore our inner rhythm and the ability to listen to the body through body percussion, see how our movement changes from our ideas about ourselves. Go to dance improvisation through the play approach to movement, and dance this "routine" in our own rhythm, style, state, meaning.
