Dancing Conflicts, Unfolding Peaces: Movement for Conflict Transformation

Likely soothing
Seeing peace and conflicts as solely governments’ issues deprives human communities of their power to dynamically respond to life’s challenges. What if we perceive peace as a plural and local experience to be cultivated daily? What if conflicts present an opportunity to develop greater self-knowledge and re-balance human relationships? Dancing can help cultivate peace as embodied presence and promote relational flourishing. Moving with conflicts offers more encompassing ways of seeing the world and can provide nonviolent alternatives for change. Join this conversation to explore how to creatively tap into conflictive energies and reclaim power through movement to unfold peaces and transform conflicts in daily lives.
