Discover your hidden treasures with Mu-i Taiji – a meditation and medicine in motion. Mu-i Taiji is a contemporary and integrated movement practice designed to nourish your spirit and establish balance, joy, and wellbeing in your life.
This workshop will introduce you to Mu-i and its 10 simple and easy movements taught through a lens of holistic wellness. These practices will teach you how to connect alignment, breath, movement, and action to:
