For more than seven years, Nadya was working in an international audit company, participated in many international projects at the state level, all this time she was researching the code of calm and stress resistance. During the first 5 years of work in the corporation, she received big problems with health (2 cervical vertebrae have grown together, 2 protrusions in the neck have formed, strong headaches), productivity fell. After leaving the corporation she lived and studied in India, where she completely immersed herself in practice and the philosophy of yoga, living in an Indian culture and learning from ""non-profit"" teachers. When she met Peter Jansen (specialist in Emotional Intelligence, Member of the IOC affiliate of Harvard Medical School), they found out: while yoga helps you remain present, it also makes you aware of your body. They combined our 38 years of experience, saw the relationship between emotional intelligence and certain physical activities such as breathing and some specific yoga flows. Thus they came up with EQyogaMethod.
