Embodiment Movement Specialist. USA
https://www.embodiedsoulstudio.comElizabeth Andes-Bell and Bruce Bell are healers, embodied movement-healing specialists, and somatic pioneers. They have been teaching and exploring human potential as expressed through movement and the human energy field for 40 years. They have presented their work to hundreds of people in large venues, small groups and one on one.
In the last 5 years, they have immersed themselves in the world of fascial conditioning and biotensegrity. They are the inventors of the IKO-Ball (an experiential training tool based on the ichosahedron) and the creators of a somatic method of training the fascial body to increase vitality, expand perception, gently release trauma, restore tissue motility and, most importantly, develop embodied presence.
Elizabeth and Bruce began their collaboration in 1980 in NYC as dancers and choreographers exploring the intersection of movement and energy. They are graduates and former senior faculty of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing where they founded the Creative Arts Department, created and taught a curriculum based on experiential anatomy and perception-opening skills. Elizabeth and Bruce also owned (and taught in) fitness and yoga centers in New York City for 25 years and have recently opened Embodied Soul Studio in Phoenicia, NY. They maintain private healing and movement therapy practices and have been collaborating with movement, energy (and life in general ) for 40 years.
