The Four Core Modes of Embodiment

Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Some standing/ movement
Likely neutral
Dylan explores two of what he calls ‘the four core modes of embodiment.’ These are four different ways to be present to how we are enacting our embodiment. Eg, what is it like to be present in this way? Or that way? Some modes may feel more familiar and comfortable, while others may feel less familiar and less comfortable, but these build our resilience. He talks about how these can relate to our strengths while simultaneously posing challenges / growth opportunities. The process is something Dylan has developed over the last 15 years and is known as UZAZU Dynamic Embodiment.
