Discover how the past affects your present (and what to do about it) and how to use the body's inbuilt stress recovery system to work with strong feelings. You'll leave this session with the use of the listening partnership structure for emotional regulation. Through this you'll uncover the underlying reasons you get upset and develop a more coherent sense of self.
