The Water Element as a Method for Deep Contemplation through the Advanced Mindfulness-Based Practices (AMBP) Programme.
In this session, we will explore the term 'Contemplative Ecology', and how the water element can be used as a method for deep contemplation and developing calmness and compassion. We will be exploring contemplative ecology through the guided visualisation practices such as; 'Waterfall' and 'Water Crystal' Mindfulness-Based Practices. The session will provide an overview of the Advanced Mindfulness-Based Practices (AMBP) Programme and its current applications. The session will involve a brief talk, presentation and guided visualisation practices that can be integrated within your meditation practice.
