Based in Johannesburg, Vasintha Pather is an organizational culture specialist, psychotherapist and systemic leadership coach. Over 25 years Vasintha has developed expertise across several sectors and countries, and most of her work involves developing resources, partnering with leaders, and facilitating experiences, designed to strengthen organisational capacity for innovation and transforming trauma symptoms. She specialises in strengths-based approaches, Gestalt psychology and the application of arts-based and embodied approaches in organisations, through Gestalt Leadership Global (aka Centre for Gestalt Leadership) which she founded.
