She has supported leaders from across a broad range of disciplines and industries, which gives her a clear understanding of the contexts in which senior leaders operate.
She has a special interest in guiding Senior Leaders and Executive Teams through Transitions and Change. Her work increasingly focuses on aligning new teams, marrying strategy & culture change, and turning transformation from a buzzword into an activity that delivers practical results.
Prior to independent consulting, Terri worked in Organisational Development (OD) In BP Amoco’s UK Merger Team and was a leading player in the start-up of Amoco’s European Shared Services. She has also worked for Barings Bank (ING) and Conoco (ConocoPhillips) in a variety of OD, Change Management & HR Business Partner roles.
Terri holds an MSc in Organisational Change from Ashridge Hult Business School. She is an accredited Executive Coach, an accredited Supervisor of coaches and shadow for OD Consultants. In addition, Terri has co-authored two books on leadership and change.
Terri creates a confidential and safe space for leaders to step back and reflect on different perspectives & opportunities. She supports them in making decisions about the best way forward for themselves, their teams and their business. She blends her practical experience gained from many years in business with the theoretical knowledge obtained from the mastery of different developmental & creative approaches, with a particular focus on strengths based and positive leadership. These include Appreciative Inquiry, Dialogue, Gestalt Psychology, Embodied Leadership, Neurowisdom, Clean and Whole Brian Thinking (HBDI)
She is supportive and pragmatic in her approach. By identifying and building on your personal purpose, passions and strengths, and working through any stressers, blocks or derailers, she guides leaders in fully developing their potential to confidently deal with the many and varied challenges they face.
