Certified in Authentic Movement (Helen Payne), The Bodymind Approach™ (Pathways2WellBeing) and Embodied Facilitation (Integration Training). PhD candidate at the University of Hertfordshire researching the effectiveness of ‘Embodied Coaching through TBMA for managers with persistent pain and symptoms’ under the supervision of Professor Helen Payne. Following a personal inquiry, she received her diploma in ‘Foundation of Dance Movement Therapy’ in 2001 (Birkbeck College), gained further expertise in various approaches in dance movement therapy such as The Chace Method and Laban Movement Analysis (Linni Diehl) and Primitive Movement (France Schott-Billman). Trained as a coach by The Institute for Behavioral Studies in affiliation with Center for Creative Leadership. Current services include individual and group sessions for wellbeing; corporate training for team and leadership development, coaching and stress management; running Authentic Movement circles and teaching Authentic Movement. Believes in the wisdom of the body and the wider intelligence to be reached through embodiment.
