A 3rd degree black belt in Aikido (Japanese self-defence), he has also been studying Kashima Shinryu sword fighting style since 2009. Raised in the Highlands of Scotland then lived on 3 continents and worked in 46 countries as a trainer and coach. After 6 years in Japan, dropped out to live then work in Findhorn Foundation spiritual community and eco-village then take Ayahuasca in the Amazon jungle with shamen. Nominated Trainer of the Year in 2016 by the Association of Professional Coaches Trainers and Consultants. 3rd degree black belt in Aikido and practitioner of Kashima no Tachi (Japanese sword fighting). Author of “Day-to-day Negotiation” the manual for all 46,000 staff at the European Union institutions. Worked with Facebook, Costa Coffee, Siemens, Sony, the British Heart Foundation and many, many micro and small businesses. He loves playing board games, singing and malt whisky. He is a father to a daughter and Uncle to a niece - one reason he is so passionate about helping women to achieve their goals.
