Jon Hunter

Jon Hunter is a Creative Coach and Consultant working across the performance spectrum - with actors, singers, dancers, presenters - throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. He has contributed significantly to professional actor training, having taught at drama schools and theatre companies around the country — including seven years as a Senior Acting Tutor and Head of Voice at Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School and five years as an Artist Tutor at the NZ School of Music, Victoria University of Wellington. He was NZ’s first Estill Voice Master Teacher and is a leading voice expert in NZ. Jon is committed to teaching reliable, repeatable, energising and empowering approaches to acting, and has partnered with Master Acting Coach Elena Stejko to develop The Radical Actor - a potent online programme for the professional actor to reclaim their Wholeness and release their full potential.
