Elaine Yonge

My journey has involved a life long fascination and inquiry into awareness, purpose, the human condition, love, sexuality, spiritual connection, soul wisdom, expansion, learning, unlearning, meditation, physiology, health, disease, exploring aliveness, death and grief. Life, and my family in particular, have offered me deep opportunities and intense challenges... to learn, to grow, to grieve, be with sickness, to know success and to overcome fear. To have the courage to step out of the box and to deeply question what I am doing with my life and what do I really want to be present to and to manifest. I journeyed for 20 years in research and direct patient care, as a Diagnostic Medical Scientist. I bring this powerful experience of the physical manifestations of dis-ease to my current offerings. 10 years ago a crushing grief event change everything and led me to this 'work'. I am a Group Facilitator, Educator, Guide, Certified Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Sexological Bodyworker in the fields of Consciousness, Emotional Health, Self-Love, Sacred Sexuality, Soul Medicine, Somatic Sexology and Shamanism. I am a member of the Lead Faculty team for The International School of Temple Arts (ISTA). One of my creations and passions is the ‘Master Your Pleasure’ programme a deep embodiment journey using a human developmental approach, to reset our pleasure potential and to harness pleasure as medicine and prayer. My offerings include week-long residential intensive trainings, one to one sessions and online journeys.
