Andrey Pentin is a psychologist, coach, social worker and mediator from Russia. He is a founder of Ǝmbium agency, dedicated to developing a Youth Embodied Intelligence model through a neuroscience and critical social work perspective and explore its practical applications in different contexts – trauma informed school environments, kids&teens coaching, embodied parenting and education, mediation and conflict resolution trainings. He has been working as a restorative justice practitioner using embodiment and narrative approach in a big variety of schools – from elite moscow schools to Russian juvenile prisons. Andrey is an Embodied Facilitator Course Russia graduate and trainer (2018-2019 seasons), he considers Alexandra Vilvovskaya, Mark Walsh, Paul Linden and EFC community to be his teachers in the field of embodiment. His embodied arts are soccer and Kempo (a variation of Ushu San'da; he became a champion of Russia among adolescents). His passion is changing school life and making school communities more resilient through an Antibullying Campaign – which is a significant part of Ǝmbium’s activities – and Ǝmbium coaching for those who are willing to make this world kinder and feel different.
