The disasters of my childhood led me of necessity into the pioneering human potential movement of the 70s. My first of several memorable mentors was Dr Carl Rogers. Through 8 wild years as a close disciple of Osho Rajneesh I learned to navigate the light and dark of surrender to a Master. Subsequently, in the late 80s I founded The Art of Being® as an experiential way for people to awaken, befriend and celebrate all the gifts and attributes of their being. For 45 years I have been leading workshops and courses addressing the essential personal themes of people’s lives: intimate relationship, sexuality, reconciling with our own death, soul awakening and being. Feeling, sensing, presence and soul-awareness are core elements of my work. The Body, Heart & Soul workshop was the main theme of the 1991 Australian feature-length movie, “Sacred Sex”. In 2002 I won the UK’s Kindred Spirit magazine award for work in the field of personal transformation. My best teachers today are the participants in my workshops.
