Adeline Tien

Adeline hails from the sunny tropical island of Singapore. She is a Yoga Teacher, Movement Educator and a passionate Restorative Yoga trainer. Adeline specialises in Restorative Yoga, somatic mindfulness and slow-movement exploration and rehabilitation. She loves cheering others on, collaborating on creative and meaningful (restful) projects and staying connected globally.
