Adam Wilder, Lynn Kreaden, Linda Zurak

Adam Wilder is the founder of the Togetherness movement which helps people wake their natural ability to form healthy relationships with themselves and each other, at home, at work and in life. As an expert in human connection Adam designs live experiences, courses, retreats and trainings. In 2019 Adam created the House of Togetherness venue in central London which hosted 5,000 adults to explore connection through experiential sessions and learn new skills in listening, speaking and relating. He is also known for creating Shhh Dating, the world’s first silent speed dating event which helps singles find love through eye gazing and non-verbal connection games. Adam has trained across disciplines, from counselling to clowning and brings a warm and accepting presence to his work. Adam currently works as a connection activator, facilitator and curator of the Togetherness movement. Linda Zurak is a creative, energetic Somatic Therapist and Embodiment Teacher that inspires people to live beyond their perceived limitations. She has spent over 20 years exploring the physical, mental and emotional blocks that keep us contracted and unable to fully experience joy and pleasure. Linda believes that how we relate to our bodies directly impacts how we experience the world. She is committed to people fully inhabiting their bodies so they can be grounded, focused and empowered to face whatever experiences life brings. Lynn Kreaden is the founder of Lifeworks NY and a Senior Faculty member of The Institute Core Energetics in New York. With over 25 years' experience in intimacy and sexuality, she works with singles and couples, as well survivors of generational, cultural and sexual trauma. She has a private practice in NYC where she leads workshops and training seminars on intimacy, sexuality and connection. Lynn teaches internationally, where her unique combination of subtle energy healing, deep relating, and embodied practices lead people to return to their innate wisdom. Lynn’s platform is about opening the conversations needed today about connection, sex, consent and intimacy, including the interface of technology and how that is increasingly changing the landscape of how we relate. Her passion is helping people remember and live the deliciousness of their being at every level, in all aspects of their lives.
